Event Evaluation (FULLY BOOKED)

How to measure return on investment (ROI)

Wednesday 29th September 2010, 09:00 - 13:00

London Southbank University, The Keyworth Centre

OVERVIEW

This workshop is being run again due to popular demand.

Evaluation is a key part of any project, including event planning. In fact it's a critical part of the event planning process, and should be used to:

- Gain insight into success factors (e.g. what motivated participation).

- Identify areas for improvement (e.g. are there any shortfalls in the team's skill).

- Measure the effectiveness of your call to action (e.g. what happened after attending)

- Report back to funders or sponsors (e.g. demonstrate how the event achieved its objective).

In essence, the aim of the evaluation phase is to measure the return on your stakeholders' investmentl.

However, it is often done badly or not at all.

With this in mind, this half day interactive workshop, aims to provide participants with effective tools to create and execute an evaluation plan to measure the event's ROI.
